What you get. Your survey plan, redrawn so it can be read. Every line, curve, dimension and note is retraced by hand in CAD, with clean text, a new north arrow and a scale bar. A closure report for the parcel comes with it, so you also know whether the boundary closes and by how much.

Who it's for. Owners, lawyers and buyers holding an old, faded or badly copied plan that needs to be legible to print, file or hand to someone.

How it arrives. A PDF by email, ready in 3 business days counted from when I receive a plan I can read. Send a photo or scan by uploading it on the Parcel Check page, or email it to drawingroom@rogers.com with your order number. If your copy is too dark or cut off, I will ask for a better one first.

What you need. A photo or scan of the plan. Nothing else.

This is a retrace of your existing plan. It's not a new survey and it doesn't replace one.
