Refund policy

The Drawing Store sells digital software and services. Because these are delivered electronically, the terms below explain when you can get a refund. If anything is unclear, email drawingroom@rogers.com — I want you to be happy with what you bought.
Desktop licenses (Acheck Desktop, Segmented Bowl Designer Desktop — $200)
30-day money-back guarantee. If the software does not work for you, email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no hoops. After 30 days desktop licenses are non-refundable, but I will always help you get it running.
Online subscriptions (Acheck Online, Bowl Designer online — $15/month)
Cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the current paid month; partial months are not refunded. Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can confirm it fits before you pay anything.
Cut-list credits and Parcel Check self-serve ($12 / $15)
These deliver a result instantly (a cut list, a closure report). Once a credit has been used to generate a result it cannot be refunded. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase — email me the order number.
Parcel Check — Full Service ($45)
Fully refundable any time before I begin work on your plan. Once the sketch and report have been delivered the service is complete and non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email drawingroom@rogers.com with your order number and what you bought. Purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy (our checkout provider), so approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through them, usually within a few business days.
