Refund policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
The Drawing Store sells digital software and services. Because these are delivered electronically, the terms below explain when you can get a refund. If anything is unclear, email drawingroom@rogers.com — I want you to be happy with what you bought.
Desktop licences (Acheck for AutoCAD — $300; Segmented Bowl Designer Desktop — $99)
30-day money-back guarantee. If the software does not work for you, email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no hoops. After 30 days desktop licences are non-refundable, but I will always help you get it running. Both come with a free 7-day trial, so you can confirm they fit before you pay anything.
Acheck bundle (Windows app + Acheck Online — $300 a year)
30-day money-back guarantee on the first year. Cancel any time and you will not be charged again; your access continues until the end of the year you have already paid for, and part of a year is not refunded. The Windows app has a free 7-day trial before you buy.
Checks and cut-list credits (Acheck checks $15 / $45 / $150; Bowl Designer cut lists $6 / $20 / $45; Parcel Check $5)
These deliver a result instantly (a closure report, a cut list). Once a check or credit has been used to produce a result it cannot be refunded. Unused checks and credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase — email me the order number.
Parcel Check — Full Service ($45) and Plan Retrace ($350)
Fully refundable any time before I begin work on your plan. Once the sketch and report have been delivered the service is complete and non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email drawingroom@rogers.com with your order number and what you bought. Purchases are processed through Shopify (our checkout provider), so approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Notes
- Acheck and Parcel Check are calculation tools. They do not replace the opinion of a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor — see our Terms of Service.
