Parcel Check - 1 parcel

What you get. One closure check on one parcel. Type in the bearings and distances from your deed or plan and Parcel Check tells you whether the boundary closes, by how much and in which direction, the precision ratio and the area. You also get a labelled sketch of the parcel and a report you can print or save as a PDF.

Who it's for. Home buyers, owners, lawyers and paralegals who have a legal description and want to know if it closes. It's a calculation, not a survey. It doesn't tell you where your boundary is on the ground.

How it arrives. Instantly. After checkout, open the Parcel Check page, click Unlock, and type the order number and the email you used at checkout. No account needed. The order is tied to the first parcel you check, and it never expires.
