What you get. I enter the courses from your deed or plan myself, run the closure check, and send you a labelled sketch of the parcel and a closure report as a PDF. If it doesn't close, I tell you which course looks like the culprit.

Who it's for. Anyone with a deed, plan or survey sketch who doesn't want to type bearings, or isn't sure how to read them.

How it arrives. By email, within 3 business days of receiving a copy I can read. After checkout, upload a photo or scan of the document on the Parcel Check page, or email it to drawingroom@rogers.com with your order number. If the copy is too dark or cut off I will ask for a better one first.

What you need. A photo or scan of the document. No software, no account.

Not a survey. Only a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor can locate or certify a boundary.
