Before you install

Windows will show a blue warning screen. This is expected.

Segmented Bowl Designer is made by one person, not a large software company, so Windows SmartScreen does not recognise it yet. The first time you run the installer you will see “Windows protected your PC”.

Click More info, then Run anyway. That is all there is to it.

The warning is about the app being new and unrecognised — not about anything being wrong with the file. It goes away as more woodturners download it.
