This policy covers Acheck, the parcel closure plugin for AutoCAD and Civil 3D, published by The Drawing Store, Ontario, Canada.
What Acheck collects
Your drawings, parcels, reports and closure files stay on your computer. Acheck doesn't send them to us or to anyone else.
Acheck contacts our licence server only in these cases:

Acheck also saves some details on your own computer, in the Windows registry: your licence, your order number and email, and the report footer you type under My Info (company, address, phone, user name). The footer details are printed on your own reports and are never sent to us.
Acheck has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code.
How we use it
We use this data only to run trials and licences, to prevent abuse, and to answer your support requests. We never sell it, and we never use it for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare runs our licence server and stores its records.
- Shopify runs our shop and holds your order.
- Autodesk distributes Acheck through the Design and Make Marketplace. Autodesk's own privacy policy covers what it collects there.
These companies handle the data only to provide their service to us. We use only providers that protect it at least as well as this policy does.
How long we keep it

Withdrawing consent and deleting your data
Email drawingroom@rogers.com to withdraw your consent or to ask us to delete your data. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting a licence record ends that licence, so we check with you before we do it.
To remove what Acheck saves on your computer, uninstall Acheck. To stop it contacting our server, don't start a trial or activate a licence.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
